Where I ship

Switzerland only for now. International shipping is paused. If you're abroad and really want a piece, email me and we'll see.

Swiss Post Priority, fully insured. Every piece is wrapped in paper, then bubble, then a rigid box.

Orders posted within 2–4 working days. If a piece is fresh from the kiln I'll let you know before shipping.

Flat CHF 12.– to any Swiss address. Studio pickup in Basel is free.

Studio Page, Leonhardsgraben 33, 4051 Basel. We agree a time by email after your order.

Returns accepted within 14 days if the piece is unused and unbroken. Email me first. Return shipping is on you unless the piece arrived damaged.

If a piece arrives broken, photograph it inside the box within 48 hours and email me. I'll replace or refund.
