What you're buying

Handmade ceramics. Each piece is shown as accurately as possible, but small variation in colour, glaze, and form is part of the work.

Price and currency

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). They include Swiss VAT where applicable.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via TWINT, card, or mobile wallet. The order is only confirmed once payment clears.

Stock

Unique pieces sell once; batch pieces sell until the count reaches zero. If a piece sells in a parallel channel (market, stockist) after your order, I'll refund you in full within 3 working days.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time before the order ships. After shipping, the returns policy applies.

Disputes

Governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Basel.
